For the second year in a row, the MINEX Russia Forum hosts the MineMovie Film Festival – a short documentary film competition dedicated to companies and people working in the mining, geological and metallurgical industries in Russia and the CIS. The works submitted for participation in the Festival are assessed by a jury consisting of professionals working in the mining and metallurgical industry, media and cinema. Applications are accepted until 21 September 2020.
More than 40 films have been submitted to the competition in the following nominations:
- Best Film about Company
- Best Film about Innovation
- Best Film about Social and Environmental Projects
- Best Film about Mining Profession
- Best Commercial
The public screening of the finalists’ films will be held on 7 and 8 October on screens in the meeting rooms of the Forum.
