EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

  • 10% early registration discount if registering and paying by 1 May 2020.
  • Exhibitor registration closes on 16 September 2020.
  • Exhibitors who wish to present at the Forum or any of the competitions must complete registration before 1 September 2020.

  • Exhibition booth hire starts from 7 am on 7 October and ends at 6 pm on 8 October 2020.
  • The exhibition booth hire includes monochrome company name print in English on the front panel, hire of 0.7 m table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights & access 220 V electricity point.
  • Additional equipment and furniture can be hired at extra cost (please enquire).
  • All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to their profile listing on the Forum website, mobile app, social networks and Catalogue.
  • All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to one complimentary presentation at the Forum, Business-podium MineTech or

MineDigital challenge.

  • All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets.

ADVERTISING

  • All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 16 September 2020 in accordance with the technical specifications (please enquire).

 

PAYMENT

  • All fees can be paid by Bank Transfer or by debit or credit card (via Stripe or PayPal).

 

ADMISSION

  • The Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay full fee prior to the start of the Forum.

 

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 7 September 2020 will be subject to 30% administration fee.
  • No refunds will be made after 7 September 2020.
  • Substitutions are accepted at any time, provided new delegate has Russian visa.
  • At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 7 September 2020.
  • The Forum organisers reserve the right to remove advertising should the advertiser fails to pay the full fee prior to the Forum.

Exhibition booth hire starts from 7 am on 7 October and ends at 6 pm on 8 October 2020. Additional equipment and furniture could be hired at extra cost (please enquire).

All advertisements, logos, texts and inserts must be submitted before 16 September 2020 in accordance with the technical specifications. The Forum organisers reserve the right to remove advertising should the advertiser fails to pay the full fee prior to the Forum.

Exhibitors must register before 16 September 2020.

Admission

Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 25  September 2020 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 25  September 2020. Substitutions are accepted at any time, provided new delegate has the Russian visa. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 25 September 2020.

On 6-8 October 2020, the 16th Mining, Metals and Energy Innovative Solutions and Investment Projects Trade Show will be held at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel, Moscow as part of MINEX Russia 2020.
