  • A4 inserts in the delegate bag. Cost: 900 USD.
  • Banner presentation. Cost: 550 USD. option includes place for one banner (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m) in the exhibition area from 7 am on 7 October and end at 6 pm on 8 October 2020. The hire excludes admission to the Forum and banner production.

 

All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 16 September 2020 in accordance with the technical specifications.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION

  • Delegates who wish to present at the Forum or Competitions must complete registration before 1 September 2020.
  • Delegates wishing to attend the Forum without presentation must register before 2 October 2020.

  • Master class delegate fee includes admission to all master class sessions on 6 October; handouts; luncheon; coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English).
  • Forum delegate fee includes admission to all forum sessions including Mining Goes Digital Conference on 7-8 October; admission to drinks reception on 7 October; conference bag with the Forum materials; luncheons; coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English); access to post-event Forum materials, access to mobile application.
  • Mining Goes Digital Conference delegate fee includes admission to the conference sessions on October 8 only; handouts; luncheon; coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English).
  • Virtual exhibitor includes – Placement on the website and mobile application of the logo and brief (no more than 150 words) information about the company or project. Contact information (phone, email, fax)- Hyperlink to the site and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). Link to the digital advertising page (PDF or JPEG).
