Mr. Tulubensky joined Nordgold as Chief Legal Officer in 2007. Prior to that, he held a senior legal position at the mining division of Severstal (LSE: SVST), Russia’s leading steel manufacturer. Evgeny leads a strong team of in-house lawyers and regulatory affairs specialists providing all kinds of legal support both on corporate and business unit levels. His responsibilities also include oversight of ESG, internal and external communications as well as government relations. Evgeny graduated from St. Petersburg State University and holds an LLM from Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois.
