Marina Ivanova has been Head of Human Resources at Kinross Russia since 2010. She has almost 30 years of experience in business and 20 years in HR management. Prior to Kinross, she worked in major multinational and Russian companies (Unilever, X5 Retail Group, Pharmacy Chain 36.6, etc.). In addition to HR management, she has experience in supply chain management, marketing and business process optimization.
Graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Railway Transport, as well as numerous educational programs in the field of management (in the USA, Great Britain, the Netherlands).
