Ksenia has a background both in environmental and social fields and provides high-quality expertise of environmental and social aspects, stakeholder engagement and community development. She has experience in applying both national legislation and good international industry practice (GIIP) for mining projects, such as Equator Principles and international requirements of World Bank Group (including IFC), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), International Council for Mining and Metals (ICMM), OECD Common approaches and JORC Code.
