Krutaya Larisa has over 15 years of experience in HR management. She began her career in recruiting companies, performing recruiting projects for industrial companies. She moved to Polymetal from the St. Petersburg office of SGS Vostok Ltd in 2009.
During her career at Polymetal, she managed large projects for completing the company's enterprises under construction in the Far East, Kazakhstan, Armenia, developed a new direction of training in the field of mining and geological information systems, participated in the creation of an interregional system for the development of young specialists. A new development zone today is the implementation of the company's diversification policy.
