Elena graduated from the South Ural State University and completed an internship for the directors of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo. In 2020 she received a Master of Science degree in the International Human Resource Management program, Kingston University in cooperation with RANHiGS. Elena has held various positions in the personnel department of Lafarge Cement in the Urals. In 2008-2009 she was a communication specialist, in 2009-2011 a training manager, then in 2010-2012 she worked as a project manager for the implementation of a plant operating model at two production sites. From 2012 to 2015, she held the position of HR manager at the Swedish gold mining company Auriant Mining. Since 2016, he has been the HR and Administration Director of the Highland Gold group of companies.
