Ekaterina Bashniak

Since 2019 Ekaterina has lead one of the Nordgold underground mines. During this time the company increased its average productivity in drilling progress, increased OCF and FCF, and the company started the decrease of LTI.

In 2012 Ekaterina graduated from the Far Eastern State Agrarian University, majoring in economics and management. In 2017 and 2018, she studied in America, Virginia, Nordgold Executive Program, Darden School of Business University of Virginia. In 2018 she got the diploma of Mining Engineer.

As a hobby, Ekaterina likes playing the drums and going for active sports.
