ID Engineers (IDE), LLC was established by founders of GeoSolutions (www.geo-sol.ru) in 2015.
A decision to establish an engineering company was dictated by the need to offer the license holders properly developed engineering solutions as to the development and mining systems; infrastructure, mining and processing facilities deployment, at the geological study and Investment Feasibility Study stage. Besides, the company’s capability to duly address technical solutions at the Feasibility Study stage saves from 4 to 8 months when developing the project and detailed design documentation.
IDE employs more than fifteen high-skill technical experts, who have a successful experience in all engineering stages as per the Russian legislation and in preparing technical reports compliant with the relevant international standards. Apart from that, more than 20 technical experts are contracted by IDE on an on-call basis and provide their services to accomplish their tasks for specific projects.
IDE competencies currently encompass the following:
- Come up with mining solutions at the mineral reserves estimation stage;
- Develop engineering designs compliant with the requirements of the Central Committee for Reserves Development;
- Develop project documentation compliant with the requirements of the State Expert Review Authority (Glavgosexpertiza);
- Develop basic technical solutions irrespective of the deposit development stage;
- Estimate and develop technical reports as required by the relevant international standards - SS, PFS, FS;
When implementing their projects, IDE and GS utilize up-to-date software packages: Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, Plant3D, Inventor, Advance Steel, SCAD, Lira, Deswik, Ventsim, Micromine.
