MineDigital – the 2nd competition of innovative solutions and technologies for digital transformation of mining and metallurgical enterprises was held in Moscow on 8 October at MINEX Russia Forum.
The jury of the competition was comprised from the experts from:

- Institute of Geotechnology
- Severstal Digital
Participation in the competition provides an opportunity to present technologies and concepts to experts from leading companies and attract the attention of potential customers and partners. The competition is open to the field-tested technologies which are ready for commercial implementation or concepts which require further tests or development. Projects are evaluated according to the following criteria: innovativeness, practicality, and relevance.

After online and in-person vote, the jury of the competition determined the winners.
1st place
1st place was awarded to Artur Shorikov, Senior Process Engineer of the Concentration Plant, Nornickel, who presented the project “Intelligent Automated Control System of the Concentration Plant”
2nd place
2nd place was taken by Konstantin Korotkin, Project Manager, Karelsky Okatysh JSC and Dmitry Kolesnichenko, Head of Sales and Marketing Department, RIT Automation (RusInTech Service), who presented “Case of Implementation of automated control system SMM and blastManager at Karelsky Okatysh (Severstal)”
3rd place
3rd place was taken by Denis Miganov, Consultant, Nornickel, who presented the «Digital Core technology»
