Gala drinks terms
Gala drinks (7 October)
In accordance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection at conventions and exhibitions, the number of participants is limited. Tickets for participation in the gala drinks can only be purchased by delegates of the Forum and/or the Mining Goes Digital Conference.
The fee includes:
- Participation in the awarding of laureates and winners of the competitions organised within the framework of the forum.
- Participation in the gala drinks.
- Entertainment program.

Delegate registration terms and conditions
DISCOUNTS. Delegations from 3 or more participants – 10% discount.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION. The invoice for participation will be sent to the specified email address within 48 hours after receiving the registration. Please contact the representative of the forum secretariat if you have not received the invoice within the specified time.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE. Delegate registration ends on 6 October 2020.
PAYMENT FOR PARTICIPATION. Non-cash payments in Russian roubles are accepted by MINEX Mining Forum LLC in Russia. Bank transfer or Credit Card payments in foreign currency are processed by Advantix Ltd in the UK. Participants who did not register their participation in the forum in advance can register and pay the fee by credit card online (payments will be processed by Advantix Ltd by Stripe or PayPal to.). Delegates who have not paid the registration fee will not be admitted to the forum.
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION. To cancel participation before 21 September 2020, please send a cancellation request to admin@minexforum.com. The registration fee will be refunded minus 15% to cover administrative costs. Cancellations made after 21 September 2020 are not be refundable. In individual cases, delegate who cancels participation after the deadline may be offered a credit to offset the costs of participation in the future MINEX Forum events. Replacement of participants can be made at any time without additional payment if the delegate has permission (applicable to non-residents) to enter the Russian Federation.
SANITARY AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ADMISSION RULES AT MINEX RUSSIA 2020 FORUM AND EXHIBITION. Admission to the MINEX Russia Forum and Exhibition will be carried out in accordance with the requirements issued by Rospotrebnadzor to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection at congress and exhibition events.
