Technical requirements:

Technical description of the virtual exhibition stand:

– Placing a logo and brief (no more than 150 words) information about a company or project on the website and in the mobile application of the forum;
– Contact information for feedback (phone, email, fax);
– Hyperlink to the website and social networks on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube;
– Link to electronic advertising page (PDF or JPEG);
– Link to presentation slides (PDF, PowerPoint);
– Link to video materials (YouTube);
– Link to newsletter, article or publication (PDF, Word, JPEG).

Profile Requirements (Virtual Exhibitor)

Company`s logo

– The logo is accepted in vector format (Illustrator, EPS and SVG)
– Logo for posting on the forum website is accepted in vector or raster format (JPEG, PNG or GIF)

If available, please send the technical requirements for the use of the logo (brand book)

Company description

– Company description should not exceed 150 words (1000 characters)- Language: Russian and English (if available)
– The file must be saved in a text editor (TXT, RTF or DOC format)
– URL link to the website or section of the company’s website
– URL link to pages on social networks

Virtual meeting room:

Room cost (October 6-8) = 150 USD

Virtual exhibitors and sponsors can rent a virtual meeting room in addition to the basic package.

The package includes:

Using a virtual branded meeting room on October 6-8
The possibility of scheduling and holding meetings, training presentations for individual visitors, and for groups of up to 15 participants.

  • This year, we have reduced the cost of last year’s exhibitor packages, and also extended the 10% early registration discount when paying for exhibitor participation until 28 August.
  • Exhibition space reservations end on 30 September 2020.

Booking 

The invoice will be sent to the specified email address within 48 hours after receiving the application. Please contact the representative of the forum organising committee if you have not received the invoice within the specified time.

Payment

Non-cash payments in Russian roubles are accepted by MINEX Mining Forum LLC in Russia. Bank transfer or Credit Card payments in foreign currency are processed by Advantix Ltd in the UK. Participants who did not register their participation in the forum in advance can register and pay the fee by credit card online (payments will be processed by Advantix Ltd by Stripe or PayPal to.). Exhibitors who have not paid the registration fee will not be admitted to the forum.

Cancellation

To cancel the exhibition booth reservation before 21 September 2020, please send a cancellation request to admin@minexforum.com. The registration fee will be refunded minus 15% to cover administrative costs.

Cancellations made after 21 September 2020 are not be refundable. In individual cases, an exhibitor who cancels participation after the deadline may be offered a credit to offset the costs of participation in the future MINEX Forum events. Replacement of participants can be made at any time without additional payment if the delegate has permission (applicable to non-residents) to enter the Russian Federation.

The exhibition will be held at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel from 07.00 – October 7 to 18.00 – October 8. The construction of the exhibition will be carried out on 6 October. Detailed information will be sent to exhibitors one week before the start of the event. Exhibitors can rent additional equipment for their stands, as well as make individual construction stands (paid separately).

This year, admission to the exhibition will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor.

Entrance to the exhibition, organised within the framework of the forum on October 7 and 8, is free for visitors. Online pre-registration is required.

At the entrance to the exhibition, visitors are required to put on a protective facemask (respirator) and present to the forum representative a confirmation letter with the registration barcode, printed on paper or saved on the phone. After scanning, the visitor will be admitted to the exhibition area.

Personal badges and handouts will not be issued to visitors.

Visitors are not permitted into the meeting rooms of the Forum and the catering area.
